Vietnam CR mark certification
QCVN (Product Certification for Technical Regulation) is a mandatory certification system stipulated by Vietnam STAMEQ (Standard Quality and Measurement Authority) for maintaining quality, stability and hygiene of all products in Vietnam.
As a manufacturer or importer of specific electrical / electronic household appliances, your products must undergo the CR mark certification process for EMC & safety requirements and be registered with the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) to access the Vietnamese market. Testing at a laboratory designated or recognized by the MOST is mandatory. To bear the CR mark and be sold in the Vietnamese market, the products have to follow the requirements of Vietnamese National Technical Regulations QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN + A1:2016 (Safety for household appliances and electric cables), QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN + A1:2018 (EMC for household appliances) and QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN (EMC and Safety for LED lamps).

- Electric grillers and roasters (mobile type)
- Self-ballasted LED lamps with voltage >50 V
- Double-capped LED lamps designed to retrofit linear fluorescent lamps
- Fixed and portable general purpose LED luminaires

- Vacuum cleaners
- Washing machines
- Refrigerators, freezers
- Air conditioners
- Hair dryers
- Hand-held motor-driven electric drills
- Self-ballasted lamps other than LED
- Self-ballasted LED lamps with voltage >50 V
- Double-capped LED lamps designed to retrofit linear fluorescent lamps
- Fixed and portable general purpose LED luminaires
- Fruit juicers, meat grinders, blenders and egg mixers
- Microwave ovens (including combination type)
- Electric cooking stoves (including induction stoves)
