越南 CR 标志认证

越南 CR 标志认证是由越南标准计量质量总局（STAMEQ）隶属于科技部（MOST）监管的强制性合格评定制度。该认证确保产品在越南市场销售时符合安全性、电磁兼容性（EMC）及质量标准。

  • Fixed and portable general purpose LED luminaires

技术合规标准（QCVNs）

产品需在指定或认可实验室按照越南**国家技术法规（QCVN）**检测，包括：

  • QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN + A1:2016
    家用电器及电源线安全标准

  • QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN + A1:2018
    家用电器电磁兼容性（EMC）要求

  • QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN
    LED 照明产品的安全与 EMC 标准

这些标准与 IEC / ISO 国际标准高度一致。

认证流程概览

1. 样品检测

将产品样品提交至 MOST 指定实验室进行 安全 + EMC 检测。

2. 市场监管

主管部门可能随时对市场上的产品进行抽检。

3. 工厂审核（如适用）

某些产品需进行工厂现场审核，以验证生产一致性。

4. 认证颁发及 CR 标志注册

审核通过后，产品将注册在 MOST，并获准使用 CR 标志。

5. 证书续期

证书有效期：3 年。产品如有变更，需报告并重新评估。
